I've been taking Fenugreek for the last few days. The LC said to take 3 pills 3x a day. I am happy to say that my milk production is up a bit. It's about 1/2 oz to 1 oz more. It doesn't sound like much, but they only drink 2-3 oz per feeding, so that makes a difference.
